This is the last beachfront lot in Symphony Isles, and Symphony Isles is the only community in Apollo Beach with a real beach you can swim at. This one has its own. You can buy the lot and build what you want, or buy it with a new home designed for it by Schmidt Luxury Homes. The home images are renderings, since the house is still to be built.
The lot and the water
The lot is 75 by 149 feet, a little over a quarter acre, facing west across Tampa Bay, so you get the sunset over the water every night. It has your own private sand beach, a seawall already in place, and mature landscaping that gives it privacy: a 30-foot banyan, queen palms and fruit trees.
Because the lot sits right on the bay, your boat lives in the community marina instead: a deep-water boat slip in the Symphony Isles private marina is included with the purchase. Symphony Isles has no fixed bridges between the community and Tampa Bay, and its canals run deeper than a lot of Apollo Beach canals. We will still check the depth at low tide at the slip against your boat.
The home designed for it
If you buy with the home, Schmidt Luxury Homes builds a three-level, 6,208 square foot house with five bedrooms, a home office and a media room. The ground floor is parking for up to six cars and storage, and a private elevator runs to the living floors, which puts the living space up above the ground level.
The second floor has a formal dining room, an upgraded kitchen with top-tier appliances, a walk-in pantry and an island with seating, a second dining area, and a great room with a fireplace that opens onto a large terrace. There is also a private office with its own balcony, a guest room with a full bath, and the media room.
The top floor holds the primary suite, with a large bedroom, two very big walk-in closets, a bath with a large shower and dual sinks, and a private terrace.
