OK… We’re biased
OK… We’re biased because “we like her”, not just because she’s good at real estate but because she’s a good person. Our story is a bit trite but we met Shawna by luck via the internet and called her from the car and asked “could we meet up with her later that day”. We’re from Boston and were shopping for a place and looking for advice on neighborhoods.
It turned out that Mirabay was a good fit, and we bid on a house but it didn’t consummate. As plan B, she suggested a Villa which we bought it “sight unseen”. It turned out great because she shepherded us through the sale and the move, which went beyond just the sale. This is our fifth year and we still consider her a trusted friend and ally.
If we had to summarize, Shawna is knowledgeable, a go-get-er, savvy and above all caring and trustworthy.

Quality Agent
We met Shawna based on her reputation as an agent in the Apollo Beach area. She showed us houses we thought we were interested in as well as others based on our desired options. We made an offer on a home and after some negotiation it was accepted.
Shawna was able to coordinate all the inspections in the few days we had in the area before returning to our home in another state. All went as planned and entire process was smooth. When we took possession Shawna was there for us and assisted with several items that were really beyond the scope of the sale and made the transition to our new home much easier.
